Vultr Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

At Vultr, we are committed to making our products, services, and digital experiences accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is an essential part of creating reliable, user-friendly, and inclusive technology.

We continuously work to improve accessibility across all Vultr platforms to align with international standards and legal requirements. While some updates are still in progress, accessibility and inclusion remain core principles in how we design, build, and maintain our user experiences.

Scope

This statement applies to Vultr’s public-facing websites, landing pages, and corporate applications that are designed, developed, and managed directly by Vultr.

Under our shared responsibility model, accessibility for customer-managed environments, applications, or content hosted on Vultr infrastructure is the responsibility of the respective customer or vendor.

Standards and legal framework

Vultr designs and develops its websites and services to align with the following international accessibility standards and regulations:

  • European Accessibility Act (EAA) and EN 301 549
  • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA
  • Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act
  • ISO/IEC 40500 – International Standard for WCAG 2.0
  • Accessibility-related requirements in applicable global regulations

These frameworks guide our accessibility strategy, internal development processes, and quality-assurance practices.

Current status

Vultr is actively working toward conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Our ongoing accessibility reviews have identified that certain content and components may not yet fully meet all accessibility standards. These include legacy templates, third-party integrations, and older documents.

We are systematically addressing these areas through structured remediation, updated internal design standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Our approach to improvement

Vultr’s accessibility program includes:

  • Internal accessibility standards aligned with WCAG 2.2
  • Regular accessibility reviews during design, development, and testing
  • Testing with assistive technologies (for example, screen readers and keyboard-only navigation)
  • Collaboration with third-party vendors to improve accessibility of integrated content
  • Ongoing accessibility education and awareness for our teams

Certain pages may include third-party or analytics content (such as through Google Tag Manager) that is not fully within Vultr’s control. We strive to ensure such integrations follow accessibility best practices wherever possible.

Accessibility is a continuous improvement effort integrated into Vultr’s product lifecycle and design culture.

Feedback and contact information

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of Vultr’s websites, landing pages, and corporate applications. If you experience difficulty accessing any content or functionality, or have suggestions for improvement in regard to accessibility, please reach out to us at experience@vultr.com.

All accessibility-related feedback is reviewed and incorporated into our ongoing improvement efforts. We aim to respond to accessibility inquiries in a timely and constructive manner.

For all other concerns and inquiries, please contact Vultr support.

Governance and review

Vultr’s accessibility program is managed by our Digital Experience and Compliance teams, who oversee accessibility reviews, vendor engagement, and remediation efforts.

This Accessibility Statement is reviewed at least annually, or sooner when significant updates occur, to ensure accuracy and reflect current accessibility standards and practices.
