Ukraine Tax Information

As of 1 January 2022, Vultr charges a 20% Value Added Tax (VAT) to customers with a tax location in Ukraine.

This complies with the new legislation that Ukraine’s State Tax Service enacted to the Law of Ukraine on the Value Added Tax, which applies to digital services rendered by foreign suppliers to consumers in Ukraine.

If you are a customer without a valid VAT ID in Ukraine, you do not need to take any actions.

If you have a valid VAT ID in Ukraine, you can add it to your Vultr account on the billing page of the customer portal after logging into your Vultr Account. When you add your VAT ID to your Vultr account, your invoice will not include VAT charges. If you have a valid VAT ID but you do not add it to your account, your invoice will include the 20% VAT charge.
