As of 1 April 2021, Vultr charges a 16% Value Added Tax (VAT) to customers with a tax location in Kenya.

This complies with the requirements of Kenya’s Value Added Tax (Digital Marketplace Supply) Regulations, 2020 for non-resident companies such as Vultr.

In accordance with the Kenya 2022 Finance ACT Amendment, effective July 1, 2022, we charge the 16% VAT to both our Business (B2B) and Consumer (B2C) transactions
