The European Union Tax Information

As of 1 January 2015, Vultr charges Value Added Tax (VAT) to customers with a tax location in the European Union (EU). VAT collected from customers in the European Union is paid to the tax authority of the appropriate EU member state. Vultr is registered for EU VAT under the Electronically Supplied Services (ESS) simplified VAT registration regime.

If you are a non-business customer who resides in the European Union, your invoice will include tax.

If you are a business customer who resides in the EU, you can add your registered VAT ID to your Vultr account located on the billing page of the customer portal after logging into your Vultr Account. Once added, Vultr will not charge VAT on your subsequent invoices.
