Once a new CloudHub has been initiated with our data center partner, simply go to the CloudHub marketplace to complete the setup a configuration, visit cloudhub.zerooutages.com and fill out the form. A project manager will then reach out to obtain any additional information required to complete the installation.
When filling out the form, you will need:
- The public IP address of the ZXG system you deployed within your data center.
- The private LAN address of the ZXG system you deployed within your data center.
- The name of the data center in which the ZXG system was deployed.
With that information, ZeroOutages support team can complete the deployment and get your service up and running with full routing and secure IPSec VPNs, as needed.
