We are committed to protecting personal data and want to be transparent about the subprocessors who process data on our behalf. This page lists Vultr’s current subprocessors and where they process data.
All subprocessors operate under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with us, which requires them to follow the same data protection obligations we have agreed with our customers. This means they must handle personal data securely, only use it for the purposes we have authorized, implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data, and cooperate with us to respond to any requests from data controllers or data subjects. By doing so, we ensure that our subprocessors maintain the same high standards of privacy and security that our customers expect and that all processing activities remain fully compliant with GDPR requirements.
