Installing Installatron on cPanel/DirectAdmin/Plesk

Installing Installatron on cPanel/DirectAdmin/Plesk header image

Installatron is a popular one-click installer. Using Installatron, you can easily install popular web applications such as WordPress and Joomla!. For more information, please refer to the Installatron website.

Installatron on cPanel/WHM

Download the Installatron plugin to your cPanel server:

wget https://data.installatron.com/installatron-plugin.sh`
chmod +x installatron-plugin.sh
./installatron-plugin.sh -f

Installatron is now available for all of your users under Installatron Applications Installer. In WHM, the Installatron admin panel is located under Addons. This admin panel includes features such as branding and further tweaking of the one-click installer.

Installatron on DirectAdmin

In order to grant your users access to Installatron using the DirectAdmin control panel, please run the following three commands:

wget https://data.installatron.com/installatron-plugin.sh
chmod +x installatron-plugin.sh
./installatron-plugin.sh -f

Admins and resellers now have access to Installatron under Installatron Admin. User Level users will now see Installatron Applications Installer, allowing them to use the one-click installer on their hosting plan.

Installatron on Plesk (Linux)

Plesk too has a nice integration with Installatron in the form of a plugin. To install Installatron on Plesk's Linux version, execute:

wget https://data.installatron.com/installatron-plugin.sh
chmod +x installatron-plugin.sh
./installatron-plugin.sh -f

Installatron on Plesk (Windows)

As Plesk has a Windows version as well, Installatron developed a plugin for this platform too. You can install it by downloading the following file to your server and executing it as a user with administrator rights:

http://data.installatron.com/installatron-plugin.exe

Note: .NET 3.5 is required to run Installatron on the Windows version of Plesk.
